Information and inspiration on getting married for the residence permit.

Germany is deporting people "on a grand scale" and neo-fascist deportation fantasies have become socially acceptable under the term remigration. At the same time, the legal corridors to support migrants and refugees are being systematically narrowed. The rise of the (new) right seems unstoppable.

This makes it all the more important to take responsibility for one another. So let's talk about marriages for protection! What is a protective marriage and how does it work? What hurdles and obstacles can be expected - how can they be overcome?

Pia Klemp, anti-fascist, activist and author, reports on marriages for protection during the Nazi era, in the GDR and today. And she asks the question of all questions: What love got to do with it?

The event will be held in German. Please contact us in advance (oat-ef@riseup.net) if you need interpretation into other languages. We will then endeavor to provide whispered translation. Also let us know if you need childcare, money for transportation or anything else so that you can attend. We will try to support you!

The "Abolish payment card!" solidarity exchange campaign is also back. Swap cash for supermarket vouchers to support people against the racist payment card.

We look forward to seeing you! OAT Erfurt & Seebrücke Erfurt
