Info evening: Prevent deportation prison

The state of NRW is planning another deportation prison with 140 detention places in Mönchengladbach for 300 million euros, next to an initial reception facility and surrounded by police, customs and Bundeswehr training areas. At the same time, the CEAS reform at European level creates the possibility of using detention and "detention-like conditions" in many more cases.
